Workshop and Event Reservation

If you are looking to host a candle-making workshop or if you are having a meeting,  hosting a private party, or arranging an event, our flexible and inviting space is the perfect backdrop for your next event.

Hourly Rate: $100 per hour

Minimum Booking: A 2-hour minimum reservation is required.

Open Availability

Our space is open and ready for your booking during the following hours:

  • Monday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Sunday is closed for private maintenance and deep cleaning.

Please note: All event times, including setup and teardown, must occur within these available hours.

SEATING REQUESTS
Coming with a group but booking separately? To ensure you are seated together, please include your group name or a point person in the “Special Request” box during checkout. We’ll make sure your stations are set up side-by-side!

Ample FREE parking is available in the lot on the side of our building.

PAYMENT POLICY
To guarantee your seat at the pouring table, payment is required at the time of reservation.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We understand plans change! All cancellations must be sent via email.

  • 24+ Hours Notice: You may choose a full refund (minus a 10% processing fee) or a store credit valid for 90 days.

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the class, as well as “no-shows,” are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

  • Studio Cancellations: Willow + Nan reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In this event, we will offer to reschedule you, provide a store credit, or issue a full refund.

Candle Pickup / Shipping

Candles need time to set and cure — they cannot be taken home the same day.

You may choose one of the following:

✓ Pick up at our storefront the next day (except for Sunday, as we will be closed)

✓ Have your candle shipped

  • $8 for the first candle + $2 for each additional to the same address

  • Shipping is paid at the class
